We are proud that a large proportion of our restaurant’s vegetables are supplied by our own on site organic farm, lovingly cared for by our gardening team. We grow our food without any chemical fertilisers or pesticides. This helps ensure delicious, fresh and healthy meals. For guests interested in organic agriculture, a tour can be arranged.
Subject to availability of staff, our garden tours are free to in house guests, making this an ideal evening activity for our guests. The Garden Tour can also be included as part of our Cooking Demonstration, where you can freshly pick the vegetables that you will then learn to cook.
